We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Equity Compensation Analyst to join our client's dynamic team as a key contributor in their financial operations. This will be a 5-month remote engagement. You will play a vital role in maintaining operational continuity and supporting strategic initiatives, making a tangible impact on the organization's success. As a pivotal member of the team, you will be instrumental in supporting the operational execution of compensation programs. Your contributions will ensure seamless financial processes, maintain data integrity, and foster strong collaboration across various financial functions.

Responsibilities

• Providing essential support to fill operational gaps within the team, ensuring continuous workflow and project progress.
• Collaborating closely with a direct team of colleagues, as well as cross-functional partners in financial reporting, compliance, tax, and payroll.
• Leveraging strong analytical capabilities to process and interpret complex financial data.
• Contributing to a highly collaborative environment, working towards shared goals and operational excellence.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $39.00 to $43.33 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location
