Center Manager For The Df Aspire Center

The key function of the Center Manager for the DF ASPIRE Center is the management of clinical operations, finances, grants, contracts, and gifts within the Center to include personnel management.

Job Description

  • Provides financial management and oversight of all Center accounts. Oversees and manages the administrative, financial, and budgetary aspects of the Center.
  • Assist the Center Director in developing the operating budget for the Center. Provides ongoing fiscal oversight of the budget for the Center, monitoring actual progress against plans and budgets.
  • Works with the Center Director and other relevant staff to identify and resolve Center budgetary issues and concerns relating to the research, clinical and educational missions.
  • Assists the Center Director in representing the Center to other entities across the Jefferson enterprise including the Department of Psychiatry & Human Behavior. Attend relevant meetings, serving as a representative, spokesperson and conduit of information for the Center.
  • Works closely with the Center Director to develop and implement new programs and initiatives.
  • Provides oversight for staff reporting to the Center Director, Clinical Director, Research Director, and Education Director.
  • Ensures that the Center has appropriate and well-trained staffing to support its operations and administration. Coordinates with HR on matters of hiring, evaluating, managing, and training personnel.

Education and Experience :

Bachelor's Degree. Master's preferred
