Are you a Junior / Trainee Quality Engineer from a manufacturing background looking for a diverse and varied role, offering technical progression with full on-the-job training to allow you to become a fully-fledged Quality Engineer?

In this role you will be liaising with various internal departments to solve quality issues within production and assembly, along with handling customer complaints. You will be shadowing an experienced Engineer to improve your quality toolbox on such things as Six Sigma and 5 Whys.

This design and manufacturing company produce components for the automotive, construction, agriculture, and materials handling sectors, distributing globally. Founded over 50 years ago they boast a turnover of more than 50 million and have plans to move to a new facility in the coming months.

This role would suit someone with a Quality background, perhaps an Inspector or Technician, looking to take the next step and progress their career into a fully-fledged Quality Engineer.

The Role

• Working to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards, with training given
• Handling internal issues and root cause analysis
• Dealing with customer issues and conducting internal audits
• Monday to Thursday, 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm, finish at 11am on Friday
