Custodian Part-time

Job Title

This is a part-time position. Responsible for cleaning the physical structures, the yard and dock areas of the facility to provide an attractive, clean, work environment.

Essential Functions

• Vacuum, sweep, mop and dust entire office area.
• Empty trash.
• Clean restrooms.
• Perform general yard work (cleans, picks up trash, cuts grass, maintains gardens).
• Maintain parking areas to keep free of trash.
• Clean dock and dock apron.
• Perform minor building repair and paint as needed.
• Change light bulbs in office area and on dock.
• Change air conditioner filters.
• Comply with all applicable laws / regulations, as well as company policies / procedures.
• Perform other duties as required.

Pay Transparency

Pay : Starting Rate of Pay : $18.19 per hour
