Job Description

As a Technical Operator, you will play a key role in optimizing equipment performance and improving production processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll work hands-on with machinery to ensure efficient operation, lead process improvements, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

The base pay range for this position is $23 / hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
