Intake Clinician - Family Services | Part -Time

Qualifications :

• Possess a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Social Work or Counseling; AND Have an LLMSW, LMSW, or LPC from the State of Michigan
• Must meet qualifications of a Child Mental Health Professional (CMHP) and / orMental Health Professional (MHP) per the Michigan PIHP / CMHSP Provider

Qualifications per Medicaid Services

Duties and Responsibilities :

Hours & Location : Monday–Friday afternoon shifts, generally between 1 : 00 PM–5 : 00 PM, based out of both Auburn Hills and Southfield, with some flexibility as needs evolve.
