Director Of Pricing Automation

We are seeking a Director of Pricing Automation to lead the design and optimization of intelligent pricing systems that power Spark's Driver Offer Price. You'll work at the intersection of AI, operations, and product to develop automated solutions that dynamically balance delivery cost and reliability across marketsensuring our pricing engine can scale with Walmart's last-mile delivery growth.

What You'll Do

• Own and evolve pricing models that determine driver pay across markets, time windows, and demand scenarios.
• Partner closely with Data Science, Product, Engineering, and Ops to deploy dynamic pricing algorithms.
• Analyze driver and fulfillment behavior to continuously improve offer acceptance, profitability, and reliability.
• Build and iterate on automation frameworks that trigger pricing updates based on real-time signals.
• Define and track pricing KPIs (e.g., cost per delivery, acceptance rates, spend efficiency).
• Run pricing experiments in close collaboration with Data Science and Field Ops teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
