Description :

Cath Lab RN position available for a 13-week assignment.

The shift is three 12-hour days from 07 : 30 to 16 : 00, Monday through Friday, with on-call requirements for 6-8 shifts per four-week schedule.

Weekends include 4-5 shifts per contract.

Experience in a Cath Lab setting is required.

Previous charge experience is necessary.

The patient ratio is 1 : 1.

Charting system experience is required.

Candidates must have experience with antiarrhythmics, antihypertensives, cardiac stent placement, and cardioversion.

Experience in circulating procedures and diagnostic cardiac catheterizations is essential.

Skills required include monitoring procedural sedation and IV infusion pumps.

Familiarity with various cardiac procedures, including PCI, IABP, and TAVR, is necessary.

Candidates should also have experience with infection prevention and the interpretation and management of dysrhythmias.

Only travelers with previous experience will be considered.

Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are accepted at a reduced rate.

Flu vaccine is required with medical or religious exemptions only.
