Are you a Nurse Practitioner (NP) who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a challenge? HealthCARE Express is looking for a dedicated and energetic NP to join our team in a busy urgent care setting. This is a full-time position that offers a wide variety of patient cases and a fun, supportive work culture. While we prefer at least two years of experience in urgent care, family practice, or the emergency room, it's not a requirement. If you're a newer NP with the right skills and attitude, we encourage you to apply!

What You'll Do

As a Nurse Practitioner with HealthCARE Express, you will be on the front lines, providing exceptional medical care to patients of all ages. Your daily responsibilities will include :

Conducting patient examinations and taking detailed medical histories.

Ordering and interpreting lab tests.

Performing minor procedures and prescribing appropriate medications and treatments.

Maintaining accurate and timely electronic medical records.

Leading with professionalism and upholding strict infection control and safety standards.

You will also be a key leader in the clinic. We expect our NPs to guide and teach junior staff, fostering a positive learning environment. When a specific protocol isn't in place, you'll be empowered to use your clinical judgment and leadership skills to make the best decisions for the team and our patients. We also value flexibility, so you should be willing to cross-train and occasionally assist with tasks outside your normal scope of practice to ensure the clinic runs smoothly.

Compensation & Benefits

Schedule : 12-hour shifts.

Pay : Competitive pay starting at $75 / hour and up, depending on experience.
