Position Summary : Our Client is seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, compassionate care to patients experiencing medical emergencies and acute illnesses. This role involves rapid assessment, triage, stabilization, and treatment of patients in critical or urgent conditions. The ER RN collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe and effective care in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring adherence to hospital protocols. Key Responsibilities : Perform rapid assessments and prioritize patient care based on acuity. Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency interventions as needed. Monitor vital signs and patient responses to treatment. Assist with diagnostic tests and coordinate with physicians for care decisions. Provide emotional support and clear communication to patients and families. Maintain strict infection control and safety standards.
