About the Role

We are on the lookout for a visionary VP of Product Strategy to spearhead a talented team and enhance the customer experience across multiple digital platforms. In this pivotal role, you will focus on aspects such as customer retention, engagement, marketing strategies, monetization, product analytics, UI / UX design, and user testing. Seeking a strategic leader with a rich background in software product management, particularly within e-commerce or digital retail sectors is paramount.

Key responsibilities will include :

• Leading and mentoring product managers and design engineers
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create and implement effective go-to-market strategies
• Designing and executing A / B tests to refine user experiences
• Enhancing user retention and engagement to elevate customer lifetime value

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 10 years in software product management, with at least 8 years in a leadership role overseeing design and engineering teams. A strong strategic vision and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including analytics, are essential for success in this role.
