Job Summary : As a Hardware Systems Engineer and Lab Manager, you will work to ensure we deliver our customers stable and industry-leading hardware appliances as well as manage the lab infrastructure used to develop and test them. The ideal candidate cares deeply about the quality of their work, is passionate about technology, and is driven to push the boundaries of modern compute. You should be detail-oriented and able to manage and maintain a complex lab network of physical and virtual equipment used for both hardware and software development.

This is a 100% on-site position , offering daily collaboration, hands-on mentorship, and direct access to cutting-edge lab environments—ideal for those who thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• System design and component lifecycle management of our hardware appliance offerings
• Prototyping of latest hardware platforms and components (CPU, GPU, RAID, RAM, HDD / SSD, etc.)
• Interfacing with our manufacturing facility to assist with production scripting, build process, factory OS / SW images, and troubleshooting
• Perform lab-specific activities – racking / un-racking equipment, setup, configuration, maintenance, imaging
• Design and maintain equipment inventory tracking and deployment
• Design and maintain lab network infrastructure and deployment schemes – servers, routers, switches, packet brokers, Viavi products, network traffic and flow generators
• Assist with product CI / CD processes and systems that support it
