The ideal candidate will excel in handling complex financial tasks, maintaining attention to detail, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee cash application processes, including managing wires, lockbox transactions, and system-specific financial operations.
• Conduct fraud screenings to identify and address potentially fraudulent orders.
• Evaluate customer creditworthiness and manage credit holds, releases, and approvals.
• Handle tax-related tasks, such as managing tax exemption certificates and ensuring compliance with sales and use tax regulations.
• Lead collections efforts, including customer outreach, resolving past-due accounts, and analyzing aging reports.
• Utilize Oracle and Oracle Fusion systems to manage accounts receivable and other financial processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to address financial inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure accuracy in financial transactions, documentation, and reporting.
• Develop strategies to improve accounts receivable processes and reduce outstanding balances.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
