Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Located in Racine, WI, this position involves providing speech-language pathology services in a K-12 school setting. Multiple openings are available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), including candidates holding their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Supervision will be provided for CFY candidates.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage an elementary school caseload, delivering individualized speech and language therapy services.
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement effective communication interventions.
  • Conduct evaluations and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with educational standards.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to student progress assessments.

Qualifications :

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist credentials appropriate for school settings.
  • CCC or CFY status accepted; supervision provided for CFY clinicians.
  • Experience or interest in working within an educational environment preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
