Sourcing Manager

A company is looking for a Sourcing Manager to support Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Provide market, supplier, and operational intelligence related to sourcing strategies

Lead a team of sourcing professionals to achieve strategic outcomes and drive client benefits

Ensure compliance with sourcing and contracting policies while managing supplier relationships

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (BA / BS) and / or 5+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience; MBA preferred

Project management and business transitions experience preferred

Proven ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment

Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications

Strong analytical ability
