Portfolio Strategy Director

A company is looking for a Portfolio Strategy Director to support strategic real estate vision for dynamic client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee stakeholder reporting and governance, including trend analysis and portfolio opportunities

Lead the development of executive business case memos through coordination with various stakeholders

Synthesize inputs from multiple functions to align on site strategy and decision-making readiness

Required Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in corporate real estate strategy, management consulting, or portfolio planning

Proven track record in writing executive business case memos and presenting to senior leadership

Financial modeling skills preferred but not required

Experience with portfolio data tools and disciplined data hygiene

Strong project management and prioritization skills
