• Outpatient practice with excellent work-life balance and flexible scheduling
• One half-day Saturday per month and one late evening, maintaining 40-hour work week
• Manageable patient volume of 22 - 25 patients per day
• Hospital-employed position with Nationally Accredited Patient Centered Medical Home
• Team-based, coordinated care model focused on population health initiatives
• Must have minimum 1 year of experience and clean malpractice history
• Board-certified / board-eligible in internal medicine required
