Beyond Yoga is a luxury athletic and lifestyle clothing brand rooted in the belief that you deserve to look and feel amazing whether youre headed to the studio or staying in. Prioritizing quality from the start, our clothing is made in the USA with luxuriously soft fabrics, ethical manufacturing processes, and rigorous fit testing. We offer a range of sizes (from XXS to 4X in many styles) so that everyone can wear Beyond Yoga. Quality, inclusivity, and attention to detail arent just catch phrases for us, we apply them to everything we do inside the company walls and out.

In September 2021 we joined Levi Strauss & Co., one of the worlds largest brand-name apparel companies and a global leader in jeans wear. Beyond Yoga will operate as a standalone brand within LS&Co. LS&Co. will provide resources to help Beyond Yoga achieve its goals of brand building, store opening, category expansion and global distribution.

Sales Stylist Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and engaged team members who will be able to contribute to the growth of Beyond Yoga retail stores. In this role it is critical you have the desire to build the future of retail while maintaining the integrity of our brands core values. Sales Stylists must be capable of supporting the creation of an environment that is engaging and inspiring for both employees and customers alike. Through teamwork and collaboration, you will be leading retail strategies, supporting cross functional store operations, and driving top line sales goals. About the Role :

Show a thorough understanding and vested interest in Beyond Yoga

Demonstrate excellent product knowledge to cultivate an authentic selling and service-oriented environment, with a focus on customer connection

Meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals daily

Comply with store security, safety, and loss prevention programs

Assist in maintaining store appearance in accordance with Beyond Yogas visual presentation standards and general housekeeping procedures

Efficiency in cash handling and merchandise operations such as shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment systems while maintaining standards. Perform store procedures in compliance with store policy.

Able to resolve customer concerns with ease, resulting in a positive resolution. Partner with store leadership on elevated issues

Adopt and advocate for new technologies being rolled-out in store. Understand how tech enables consumer experience, improves operations, and boosts store and company performance. Working knowledge of Shopify platform is a plus

Able to build relationships and foster a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment

Collaborate with store team and Home Office partners on building connections with the local community by way of events, drive brand awareness and engagement

A brand ambassador that embodies and can cultivate the companys core values

About You :

Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evenings weekends, and holiday shifts

Positive, helpful demeanor and a passion and interest in Beyond Yoga

Ability to multi-task and remain flexible in an ever-changing environment

Experience succeeding in a service driven, high selling culture retail environment

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, as well as constant standing, walking, squatting, and bending. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job functions
