Product Sampler - Day Shift - Part-Time - No Sundays

The Sampler is responsible for engaging customers through product sampling, providing a welcoming and informative experience that highlights Stoltzfus Meats' quality products. This role helps drive sales by encouraging customers to try featured items and sharing product knowledge in a friendly, approachable manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain sampling stations in a clean, attractive, and safe manner.
• Prepare and portion food samples in compliance with food safety guidelines.
• Actively engage with customers, offering samples and answering questions about products.
• Share product knowledge, including ingredients, preparation tips, and promotions.
• Promote featured items and encourage sales through friendly conversation.
• Track sample inventory and notify supervisor when supplies need replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of sampling area throughout shift.
• Follow all company safety and food handling procedures.
• Support overall market operations when not actively sampling (e.g., assisting clerks or tidying displays).
