The Operations Specialist focuses on having comprehensive knowledge of hardware and software used in branch locations for ABC Supply Co., and subsidiary companies.

This role will be working with various departments on project metrics, generation of ongoing reports, developing new operational processes, and using tools and systems to monitor and enhance operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Hardware & Software Support

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of branch software and hardware for operational guidance on usage, enhancements, and bug fixes.

  • Utilize existing service platforms for documenting service times and resolutions.
  • See to implementation of approved operational enhancements of software and hardware technologies.
  • Project Support
  • Understand project objectives and communicate effectively to meet project deadlines.

  • Report Tracking
  • Execute reporting as needed within Operations.

  • Provide support to team members who need training on report functionality, use, or troubleshooting.
  • Process Development
  • Proven ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and process improvements.

  • Work with departmental leadership to develop and implement process strategies that meet the Company goals and objectives.

  • Skills / Qualifications / Requirements :

  • Analytic skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Skill set in Word & PowerPoint
  • Experience in Smart Sheet is a plus
  • Technology Competency Mobile / Computer hardware and software
  • Strong problem-solving skills
