Coach - KidStrong Missouri City

A KidStrong Coach is the heartbeat of our center, delivering engaging and effective classes to kids from walking age up to 11 years old. This role requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about working with children and can maintain a fun, high-energy environment while ensuring safety and developmental progress.

WHAT IS KIDSTRONG?

At KidStrong, we help parents build stronger, smarter, more athletic kids. Our private training centers focus on the brain, physical and character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong is a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by our professional coaches!

KidStrong is rapidly growing and we're looking for talented, enthusiastic professionals who are passionate, energetic, and excited to engage with parents and kids and make an impact on their lives.

What You'll Do

  • Lead high-energy, structured classes for kids ages 1–11
  • Deliver coaching that builds strength, confidence, and character
  • Engage with parents and provide feedback on child progress
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and fun training environment
  • Support team operations and uphold KidStrong brand standards
  • Attend team trainings and contribute to a positive culture
  • What We're Looking For

  • Energetic, confident, and great with kids and parents
  • Background in coaching, teaching, fitness, or child development
  • Comfortable speaking on mic and leading groups
  • Team player with strong communication and time management
  • JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age
  • Experience talking to and educating parents on our curriculum
  • Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
  • CPR certified (or willing to get certified)
  • Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-starter that just gets a job done

  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience. $15–$20 / hour
