Cultivation Team Lead
This position operates under the direction of the Cultivation Supervisor and is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company's cultivation operation including general labor, propagation, vegetative, flowering and may assist in monitoring and documenting plant growth.

This position is located in Wimauma, FL (Cultivation & Production) and operates on a schedule of Sunday - Wednesday from 6am- 4 : 30pm.
What You Will Be Doing
- Monitor, maintain, and supervise all plant inventory, labor, and materials needed for production.
- Effectively manages all plant work tasks and scheduling in accordance with the Production Schedule.
- Responsible for overseeing new associate training.
- Responsible for timeliness and accuracy of all scheduled plant tasks.
- Coordinates weekly Restock of Flower rooms as well as Nursery Reset.
- Effectively manages crop steering initiatives : Irrigation, lighting, CO2, environments, and plant work tasks.
- Responsible for the production and delivery of Premium Whole Flower.
- Maintains and monitors all plant growth data.
- Leads daily shift meetings.
- Routine daily work responsibilities to ensure production, sanitation, inventory control and general labor support as required.
