We're looking for a highly organized, creative-minded project manager to help lead, execute, and align communications and creative projects across departments and ministries.

The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of creativity and logistics—someone who can take an idea from spark to execution, collaborate with a wide range of voices, and keep people and projects on track without losing sight of vision, tone, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Project & Production Management : Manage timelines, workflows, and task delegation for all creative and communications projects (social media, video, design, print, digital, web, etc.)
• Assist in leading weekly creative team meetings, ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables
• Serve as the bridge between ministry leaders and the creative team to ensure clarity, feasibility, and timely execution of requests
• Keep Asana (or other project management tools) updated and organized for clear visibility across the team
• Schedule logistics for video shoots and other creative projects including space reservations, talent scheduling, and any necessary support
