\n\nCharting System\nepic\nUnit Notes\nDepartment : RT- Fruitland ER\n# treatments per day Free standing ER 14 beds\nCerts (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP?) RRT or is CRT acceptable? BLS ACLS PALS NRP\nCRT or RRT\nTypes of patients (adults, peds, and neonates?) Stand alone ER, all ages\nWhat areas do they cover (Inpatient, Outpatient, ER, Rehab, Sleep Lab, etc.) Inpatient ER\nExperience or 'Must have' skills Open to first time travelers with ER experience if they have been 2 years\nPrefer free standing or CAH type experience as they will be the only one in house.\nPrefer Epic experience\nJob Duties (i.e. : Do RTs draw ABGs, perform EKGs, etc.) ABGs- draw and analyze, EKGS, breathing Tx, BiPAP, CPAP, vents\nAssist with tasks around ER for downtime, bring patients back, grab vitals and change over rooms, blood and urine collection to assist ER staff.\nAre RTs Required to be able to Intubate Independently or only to assist? Only assist physician\nRespiratory Manager / Supervisor / Lead Therapist? Chad manager\nShifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) 12 hours, 630- 630 or 7-7 manager to make a schedule, core staff in patterns but travelers to fill in gaps.\n

Certifications : BLS-AHA(Copy needed); ACLS-AHA(Copy needed); PALS-AHA(Copy needed); NRP-AHA(Copy needed)
