What You’ll Be DoingWe are seeking an experienced and licensed plumber to take on a pivotal leadership role in building and growing a plumbing department within our HVAC business unit. This is a hands-on, field-based role for a self-starter who is passionate about their trade and eager to help shape the future of our service offerings.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to lead from the front, directly influence the direction of a new offering and make a lasting impact on the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform residential and light commercial plumbing work, including installations, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Serve as the field lead and subject matter expert for all plumbing operations.
• Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures, service standards, and workflows for the new department.
• Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to future plumbing team members as the department grows.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and HVAC teams to ensure smooth cross-functional operations.
• Maintain high standards for job quality, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding of additional plumbing staff as needed.
• Ensure proper licensing, permitting, and adherence to local plumbing codes.
