Job Overview

As a trusted advisor to Fortune 1000 enterprises, you’ll partner with industry-leading organizations to reimagine how they connect people, places, and technology. This role is about more than sales-it’s about transforming how businesses operate in an increasingly digital, mobile-first world.

As Senior Manager of Enterprise Sales, you’ll lead and inspire a team of top-tier Enterprise Client Partners serving some of the world’s largest and most complex customers (1,000+ employees, with a focus on Fortune 1000). Reporting to the Director of Enterprise, you’ll set the vision, build strategy, and empower your team to deliver measurable growth, breakthrough innovation, and long-term customer partnerships.

Your leadership will unlock new opportunities across T-Mobile’s portfolio-spanning Voice, Data, Unified Communications & Collaboration, IoT, and next-gen Connected Solutions. You’ll drive impact by building customer-centric strategies that fuel revenue, accelerate adoption, and strengthen retention. Just as meaningful, you’ll foster a culture of inclusivity, performance, and entrepreneurial thinking-where your team is empowered to experiment, win, and grow.

What You’ll Do

  • Inspire and Lead : Drive a high-performing team of Enterprise Client Partners, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and breakthrough results.
  • Shape Strategy : Design and implement bold sales strategies that expand market share, accelerate revenue growth, and position T-Mobile as the partner of choice for enterprise transformation.
  • Build Influence : Develop trusted relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers, securing long-term partnerships that unlock customer value.
  • Develop Talent : Recruit, coach, and elevate top sales talent, ensuring your team has the skills, confidence, and entrepreneurial outlook to consistently outperform.
  • Champion Customers : Translate customer challenges into opportunities, demonstrating T-Mobile’s portfolio of Voice, Data, UCC, IoT, and Connected Solutions to deliver measurable impact.
  • Expand Market Presence : Create and implement strategies that deepen T-Mobile’s footprint across Enterprise, Global Accounts, and multinational clients.
  • Orchestrate Success : Partner cross-functionally with product, operations, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client experiences.

Education and Work Experience :

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4-7+ years of proven Sales Leadership : Experience leading sales teams with measurable success in revenue growth. Track record of recruiting, developing, and inspiring high-performing, diverse sales teams.
  • 2-4+ years of Enterprise Expertise : Experience driving complex sales cycles and building executive-level customer relationships in technology, telecom, or adjacent industries.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of Industry Expertise : Background in wireless, SaaS, IoT, or enterprise technology solutions with a strong understanding of digital transformation trends.
  • 2-4+ years of Fortune 1000 / Global Account Experience : Success leading complex sales engagements with large, multinational organizations.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree (required); MBA or advanced degree in business, technology, or related field preferred.
  • Consultative Selling Strength : Ability to translate complex business challenges into tailored, customer-centric solutions.
  • Strategic Vision : Experience crafting go-to-market strategies, scaling enterprise sales teams, and driving long-term revenue growth.

    Total Target Cash Pay Range : $191,800 - $346,200, inclusive of target incentives

    Base Pay Range : $134,260 - $242,340

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.     At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
