Leader Of Financial Planning And Analysis

The leader of financial planning and analysis is a key member of the finance leadership team responsible for leading the company's FP&A function. This individual will bring strategic financial oversight and operational excellence to support scalable growth within a private equitybacked CRO.

Key responsibilities include :

• Partnering with corporate, commercial, and business unit leadership and CFO to develop integrated business and financial plans, annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and business performance reviews.
• Preparing financial materials for PE sponsors, lenders, and board presentations.
• Developing and maintaining detailed financial models that support strategic decision-making.
• Driving the development of standardized reporting and operational KPIs across global operations.
• Supporting commercial teams in pipeline forecasting, pricing strategy, and margin optimization.
• Providing financial modeling and analytical support to M&A activities.
• Overseeing development of systems and processes to drive operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Providing leadership and oversight to other members of the FP&A team.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field required; MBA or CPA preferred. 15+ years of progressive finance experience with leadership across FP&A, operations finance, or sales operations. Experience in CRO, pharma services, or life sciences preferred. Proven track record in PE-backed, growth-oriented organizations. Expertise in data-driven decision-making and process improvement. Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across functions. Hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution.
