Key Responsibilities
Identify and cultivate customer advocates while managing an advocate database
Produce engaging customer stories and facilitate social media amplification
Design and manage customer advocacy programs, coordinating advocate involvement in marketing initiatives
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in Customer Advocacy or Customer Reference Programs in B2B environments
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a matrixed organization
Solid understanding of technology, IT pain points, and B2B marketing fundamentals
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently
Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools
