surgeon to join the elective surgery team. This is a great time to

Qualifications + Responsibilities :

Board-certified (or eligible) in General Surgery.

• Cover

10 - 24hr shifts per month

May supervise advanced

practice providers and train medical students, residents, and

fellows.

Build relationships with internal teams and

community partners

Proven leadership and team-building

abilities.

Strong verbal and written communication

skills.

Compensation :

50k

commencement / sign-on bonus

$460k+ salary, plus

productivity and quality bonuses

$6,000 CME allowance

reimburses licensing, DEA registration, hospital dues, and

continuing education courses
