We are seeking an experienced Security Manager with a law enforcement or police background to lead our security operations and ensure the safety of our personnel, clients, and assets. The ideal candidate will bring a disciplined approach, leadership experience, and a strong understanding of investigative and protective procedures.

Responsibilities :

Oversee all aspects of site security operations and staff performance

Develop and enforce security policies, emergency response plans, and risk assessments

Supervise and train security personnel to maintain high professional standards

Conduct investigations, prepare reports, and coordinate with local law enforcement when necessary

Manage access control, surveillance, and incident management systems

Ensure compliance with state licensing and company protocols

Qualifications :

Prior experience in law enforcement, policing, or military (5+ years preferred)

Proven leadership and team management skills

Strong communication, report writing, and decision-making abilities

Valid security manager or guard license (or ability to obtain)

Proficiency with modern security technologies and incident reporting tools
