Key job responsibilities :
A day in the life :
As a Logistics Warehouse Manager, your day starts with reviewing operational metrics and conducting a shift huddle with your team. You'll monitor inbound deliveries, oversee customer support tickets, and ensure outbound operations meet SLAs. Throughout the month, you'll conduct 1 : 1s with team members, collaborate with stakeholders across AWS, and work on process improvement initiatives. You'll partner with other managers to balance workload, resolve escalations, and ensure smooth operations across all shifts. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency while developing your team's capabilities.
