who can bring expertise and initiative to a dynamic team environment. Our client has recently transitioned to Yardi in record time and are focused on optimizing processes. If you have Yardi experience and a background in construction management or fixed assets, this is your chance to make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities - Accountant :

Perform day-to-day accounting tasks with precision and attention to detail.

Utilize Yardi software for property and financial management (experience required).

Support specialized areas such as construction management accounting or fixed asset accounting.

Collaborate across teams to ensure accurate reporting and efficient processes.

Qualifications - Accountant :

Yardi proficiency is a must-recently completed a major system conversion and value candidates who can hit the ground running.

Experience in construction management accounting or fixed assets highly preferred.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems.

A proactive, adaptable personality that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
