Mercy Medical Group (MMG) , a large multi-specialty group with over 500 healthcare providers across the Sacramento region, is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic and expanding Geriatrics division.

As an integral part of our comprehensive Geriatrics team, the Advanced Practice Provider will provide personalized chronic disease management for complex elderly patients in their homes, assisted living facilities, and board and care settings. APP's play a key role in reducing unnecessary ER visits and hospitalizations by supporting primary care providers and delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

Pay Range

$66.36 - $87.61 / hour
