Certified Nurses Assistant

MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.

Aging Well Adult Day, 420 Maple Street, Marlborough, MA

$17.50 per hour

Full-Time | Monday - Friday, 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm

Day Shift | No Weekends | No Evenings | No On-Call

Responsibilities

Monitor the health conditions of individuals and ensure high-quality services are provided

Assist participants with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care needs

Support individuals with life skills, social integration, and community participation

Help maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment

Assist with recreational activities, group programs, and community outings

Maintain accurate progress notes and required documentation

Support household activities such as light housekeeping and meal preparation

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

At least 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) -experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred

Current CNA license

Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude
