Job Description

Oversee day-to-day operations on concrete projects, including high-rise, mid-rise, and large-scale commercial structures. Manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure safe, efficient, and timely project execution. Coordinate scheduling, sequencing, and logistics of concrete pours and related activities. Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Collaborate with project management, engineers, and clients to resolve issues and maintain project progress. Monitor budgets, labor productivity, and material usage to optimize efficiency and control costs. Conduct regular site inspections and provide detailed reports on progress, challenges, and safety performance. Mentor and guide field personnel, fostering professional growth and team development.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of concrete experience. Strong knowledge of MEP & FP, and mission critical systems. Completed concrete projects greater than $5M (please include a list of projects completed with resume). Efficient in MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Outlook.
