Your Role on Our Team :

Milwaukee Tool seeks a Manager End User Productivity focused on enhancing productivity in construction by streamlining workflows and building strong user partnerships. This role collaborates with core users to identify improvement opportunities and deliver effective measurable solutions.

You will be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities :

Lean Mindset

  • Partner with Jobsite Solutions and Heavy-Duty Alliance partners to solve problems, assess operations, implement solutions, and improve processes to deliver measurable value.
  • Lead multiple improvement efforts of various sizes from start to finish.
  • Analyze current workflows and explore "what-if" scenarios to find efficiency and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Coach teams on Lean tools and methods to build internal capabilities and sustain improvements on their own.

Project Management

  • Define key metrics and report progress, including executive-level updates.
  • Develop, manage action plans and timelines across multiple projects to ensure lasting results.
  • Work across teams to align goals and drive progress.
  • Take full ownership of project outcomes with a sense of urgency and accountability.

    • Industry Engagement & Collaboration

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams to stay informed on trends, capabilities, and customer needs.
  • Develop, train, and deploy new industry focused lean solutions and tools.
  • Represent Milwaukee Tool at industry events by attending, presenting on Lean, supporting case studies, and networking.

    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    The TOOLS you will bring with you :

  • Background in Construction, Prefab, or Manufacturing
  • Knowledge of Commercial and Industrial Construction
  • Proficiency in Lean tools and Lean coaching practices.
  • Self-starter with strong communication across all levels, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence from the front lines to executive leadership.
  • Engaging presenter who can simplify complex topics that are clearly understood.
  • Able to lead, manage and develop a team.

    • Other TOOLS we prefer you to have :

  • 6+ years in Manufacturing, Operations, Construction, or Prefab, with at least 2 years in process improvement
  • Bachelor's degree in operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
  • Lean / Six Sigma certification

  • Repetitive use of hands and fingers to operate office equipment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
  • Able to comply with all required PPE requirements.
  • Willing to travel 40-65% based on project needs.
  • Remote location considered if based near a major airport.
