Administrative Associate

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and friendly Administrative Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, day-shift, hourly position offering flexible hours . If you enjoy a diverse workload and being a central part of an efficient operation, this role is for you!

This position involves a wide array of critical tasks, with an emphasis on organization, financial support, and team collaboration :

Financial & Bookkeeping Support : Assist with various general bookkeeping duties and financial record-keeping.

Paperless Initiative : Lead the effort to digitally scan and organize personnel files as part of our goal to become a paperless office.

New Hire Onboarding : Play a key role in welcoming new team members by preparing orientation materials and accurately processing all necessary hiring paperwork.

Administrative Backup : Train to serve as a reliable backup for other administrative team members, ensuring smooth office operations even during absences.

General Office Support : Handle various administrative tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.

Required Education & Experience

Education : Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Financial Knowledge : A strong understanding of basic financial and bookkeeping practices.

Technical Proficiency : Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , particularly Excel and Word .

Exceptional Organization & Detail : Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities, maintain meticulous records, and execute tasks with great attention to detail .

Communication & Teamwork : Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively as a team member .

Positive Attitude : An upbeat personality that contributes positively to the office environment.

Adaptability : Proven ability to manage time effectively, meet numerous deadlines , and maintain focus while working with interruptions .

Compensation & BenefitsCompensation

Starting Wage : The starting wage for this position is $18.50 per hour , with consideration given to previous, relevant work experience.

Performance Review : After one (1) year of service, this position is eligible for a 3-5% wage increase based on the annual performance evaluation.
