Job Summary :
The Social Content and Creative Lead is responsible for crafting and executing a compelling social storytelling strategy that elevates the brand’s presence across multiple platforms and regions. This role combines creativity, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to produce impactful, on-brand content that informs, educates, and inspires engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead creative ideation and production of content across formats, including video, static imagery, carousels, reels, GIFs, and animations.
Collaborate with internal teams — Campaigns, Product Marketing, PR, and Creative — to develop high-impact content aligned with brand and business goals.
Translate brand narratives into engaging visual and written content that strengthens audience connection and trust.
Drive innovation through experimentation with new storytelling techniques, formats, and platform features.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social platforms and regions.
Develop and manage content guidelines, toolkits, and asset libraries for internal and external partners.
Support localization by working with regional teams to ensure cultural relevance while preserving brand integrity.
Manage creative workflows, approvals, and asset delivery using Adobe Workfront.
Assist with social media post scheduling and coordination within Sprinklr.
Required Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing (B2B or SaaS preferred).
Strong portfolio showcasing social-first creative work with storytelling and brand alignment.
Nice-to-Have Experience :
Experience collaborating with agencies and production teams.
Background in tech, data storage, or enterprise SaaS environments.
Familiarity with global brand communications and localization practices.
