Qc Documentation Coordinator
The Quality Document Coordinator for QMS Implementation is responsible for developing, organizing, and maintaining all QMS documentation required during the implementation. In addition to creating documentation, this role will manage version control, facilitate documentation audits, aid in training staff on quality procedures, and collaborate with departments to ensure compliance.
Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain quality documents, such as policies, procedures, work instructions, and forms.
- Oversee the distribution, storage, and revision control of documents to ensure only the current versions are in use.
- Ensure all documentation meets industry regulations, company policies, and internal standards.
- Participate in internal and external audits, providing the necessary documentation and verifying record accuracy and relevance.
- Identify and implement improvements in documentation processes and systems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and organize information needed for documentation.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on documentation standards and best practices.
- Maintain record archives and assist in digitizing paper documents.
Essential Skills
Organizational skills for managing and tracking a large volume of documents and information.Attention to detail for reviewing documents for accuracy and ensuring the smallest details are correct.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey information and instructions.Proficiency in document control software, digital archiving, and Microsoft Office tools.Previous experience with QMS, industry and regulatory requirements (ISO 9001 : 15 or other).Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
