Job Description : Licensed Registered Nurse

Location : Knoxville, TN(On-Site)

Rate : $42 / hr on 1099.

Primary job duties will include, but are not limited to :

• Plan and conduct vaccination clinics within county jails across East Tennessee
• Educate justice-involved individuals about vaccines and viral hepatitis prevention
• Properly store, transport, and administer vaccinations according to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) handling guidance
• Documents patient information according to standards of care
• Completes patient health records (electronic and paper)
• Track and report number of vaccines administered at each clinic site and educational materials provided
• Participate in programmatic calls with project supervisor and / or viral hepatitis teams
• Communicates with internal and external entities
• Maintains patient health files and legal record of service
