Registered Nurse

Thomasville, GA | $32.00 / Hour

A service center is looking for a PH Registered Nurse to perform nursing care for individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities. You will be responsible for working in a timely manner, upholding the facility’s expectations for cleanliness, and interacting with each client in a respectful and polite manner.

Responsibilities

• Perform supervisory visits as outlined in HFR (Health Facility Registry) policies relative to RN & LPN requirements
• Provide PCA training for new residential employees and annual updates for existing staff
• Complete license renewals as needed
• Supervise CRA and CLS staff to ensure compliance of PHCP regulations related to nursing
• Review and initial PHCP tracking sheets monthly to ensure services are being provided as outlined on PHCP service plan
• Perform annual staff evaluations
• Perform HRST reviews for anyone with an HCL of 3 or higher
• Attend ISP meetings
• Develop healthcare plans and update as needed
• Ensure compliance of policies, procedures, and state regulations

Pay Rate : $32.00 / Hour

Schedule : Days vary, hours ranging between 5 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM, 20-40 hours per week
