ANI Advisory Group is hiring an ambitious individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. This is an entry-level position built for candidates who want to start a career in sales, customer service, and account management while representing cutting-edge fiber internet and telecommunications services.

As a Sales Representative, you will engage with customers face-to-face, present fiber internet and wireless solutions, and guide them through the process of service activations, billing support, upgrades, and account changes. This is a performance-driven role with weekly pay, uncapped commission, and long-term career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities of a Sales Representative

  • Promote fiber internet, wireless, and telecommunications solutions to new and existing customers, using lead-generated accounts
  • Assist with account activations, service upgrades, billing inquiries, and plan changes
  • Provide excellent customer service by identifying customer needs and recommending sales solutions
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals by presenting promotions, packages, and upgrades
  • Maintain accurate customer accounts, sales activity records, and account updates
  • Represent the company with professionalism, product knowledge, and a customer-first approach
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to reach sales, customer service, and business development goals

What We’re Looking For in a Sales Representative

  • High school diploma or GED is required; upper-level coursework is a bonus
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Interest in fiber internet, telecommunications, sales, and account management
  • Goal-oriented, competitive individuals who thrive in a sales-focused environment
  • Team player motivated to grow into sales leadership and management roles
  • Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
