Maryland Licensed Account Manager

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager (MD hybrid / remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage relationships with clients and provide quality service to ensure retention

Assist clients with coverage changes and resolve service issues

Prepare quotes, proposals, and renewal materials while documenting client communications

Required Qualifications

Active Property and Casualty insurance license upon hire

At least 2 years of experience in commercial or personal lines insurance

In-depth knowledge of insurance coverages and underwriting

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; EPIC experience preferred

Ability to prioritize and self-manage workload
