We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. This role will focus on providing excellent customer service and back-end support.

  • Download and review insurance forms and policies from carriers.
  • Process new applications, policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Handle non-payment issues, including reinstatements and cancellations.
  • Answer inbound calls and assist clients with their personal lines insurance inquiries.
  • Provide information on policy coverage, billing, and payment options.
  • Handle customer requests for quotes, certificates, and proof of insurance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the agency management system.
  • Generate reports and ensure documentation is properly filed and accessible.
  • Follow up on pending tasks, endorsements, and claims.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
  • Assist with account reviews to ensure clients' coverage aligns with their needs.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in personal lines insurance.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • 440 or 220 insurance license.
  • In-office role in North Tampa / Trinity area.
