We are looking for a talented individual to join CLEAResult as a Principal Project Manager for AI initiatives! This role is designed for an experienced professional who can navigate the complex landscape of artificial intelligence (AI) project delivery. An exceptional Principal Project Manager not only ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget but also fosters a culture of continuous learning and innovation. They serve as a critical bridge between technical experts, business leaders, and end users, ensuring that AI solutions have transformative, sustainable impact.

For this exciting career opportunity, you're a great fit if you can Define, plan, and execute AI projects from conception through delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational vision and business strategy. Develop comprehensive project roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation plans for diverse AI initiatives, including R&D prototypes, product integrations, and process automation. Set and communicate clear objectives, key results, and success metrics, adapting plans as technical and business landscapes evolve. Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executive sponsors, product owners, data scientists, engineers, and clients. Facilitate regular meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate project status, challenges, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences. Manage technical risks, ensuring data privacy, model bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance. Develop and manage project budgets, forecasting resource needs and adjusting as priorities shift. Negotiate contracts with third-party vendors or research partners, and oversee procurement of tools, datasets, and computing resources.

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have Experience with platforms such as ServiceNow, Workday, Azure Dev Ops and Genesys. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications in AI / ML are highly valued. 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years managing AI, machine learning, or data science projects. Strong understanding of AI / ML concepts, algorithms, and tools (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, cloud ML platforms, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsable to interface with both executives and technical teams. Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources for large-scale technology initiatives. Familiarity with data governance, privacy regulations, and ethical AI frameworks. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.). Passion for innovation and AI-driven transformation. Proactive, strategic thinker who can anticipate roadblocks and pivot quickly.

Compensation Range $98,000.00 - $147,100.00 Currency USD Type Salary Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data / ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD / technology), for example.
