Position Summary

We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale our eCommerce acquisition and conversion engine. This is not a “strategy-only” role—you will plan, launch, optimize, and measure campaigns across SEM, SEO, CRO, paid social, and product page creation.

What You’ll Do

• Own full-funnel performance marketing across Google Ads (SEM), SEO, CRO, and Meta (Facebook / Instagram) ads.
• Audit, design, and optimize landing pages + product pages to maximize conversion and revenue per visitor.
• Run structured A / B and multivariate tests with clear hypotheses, controls, and measurable lifts.
• Report on CAC, ROAS, and LTV / CAC ratios with actionable insights, not just numbers.
• Collaborate with design, dev, and content teams to ensure SEO-friendly, conversion-optimized site architecture.
