Licensed Talk Therapist - Flexibility in Service Hours

Thriveworks is excited to welcome Licensed Clinicians to join our team, providing a blend of telehealth and in-person sessions. We are particularly interested in candidates who can commit to 25+ hours of availability each week and will receive a generous $7,500 ramp stipend.

What We're Seeking

We are looking for independently licensed clinicians in California who are passionate about making a meaningful impact and growing with us. Specifically, we seek :

Providers who are open to seeing 25+ sessions per week

Behavioral health generalists interested in working with couples and children, with encouragement and support from our team

Clinicians who appreciate autonomy while also valuing teamwork

Individuals interested in clinical leadership or supervisory opportunities

Professionals who hold strong values such as integrity, openness, and a commitment to high-quality care

Qualifications :

Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist in California

You must reside and be licensed in the state where services will be provided

Compensation :

Earnings can reach up to $115,400, depending on your licensure type / level, session volume, and bonus potentials.
