1st Shift Position - 6 : 00 a.m. - 2 : 30 p.m.

Responsible for maintaining and improving property, plant, and equipment :

Maintain all safety regulations and a safe work environment.

Maintain preventative maintenance schedule per ISO and company requirements.

Maintain and improve machinery, equipment, and facility.

Improve machinery to improve safety and process flow.

Implement “Lean” techniques to improve manufacturing and maintenance processes.

Keep facility clean and free from issues or flaws in equipment and property.

Help with projects as required by management.

Maintain records of machine failures.

Maintain a record of day-to-day operations.

Work Experience :

Two or more years experience in Manufacturing Maintenance.

Basic knowledge of industrial machine repair.

Familiarity with Preventative Maintenance requirements.

Hydraulics a must.

Welding Fabricating is a plus.

Tow-motor "driving" & as well as repair / maintenance.

Physical Demand of Job :

Be able to stand for 8-hour shift

Be able to lift 75-100 LBS.

Education :

High school diploma or GED.

Technical / vocational skills preferred.

We also offer a quarterly profit sharing bonus after 90 days based on company / employee performance results.

Contingent upon passing drug screen including marijuana testing.
