Responsibilities Greet and engage with customers, creating a memorable and personalized shopping experience Assess customer needs and recommend the best products, styling options, and solutions Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals through product knowledge and upselling techniques Inform customers about current promotions and brand highlights Accurately process purchases, returns, and exchanges at the register Maintain showroom standards through daily cleaning, restocking, and visual upkeep Pull and prepare customer orders from the warehouse as needed Support the team in operational tasks before opening, throughout the day, and after closing Assists in driving sales goals & initiatives to hit profitability targets Qualifications High school diploma / GED Prior customer-facing experience in retail, high-end apparel preferred Previous experience setting and hitting KPIs Strong communication and interpersonal skills; approachable and professional Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive, go-getter attitude with a love for fashion and styling Flexible schedule with availability to support evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Why Ivy?
