We are seeking Delaware licensed Associate Attorneys with 1-3, 3-5, and 5-10 years of primarily defense civil litigation experience. Of Counsel or Counsel practitioners are encouraged to apply.

Our Delaware office manages multiple practice areas, offering a great opportunity for the lawyer who has or wants to gain firsthand experience. You will be exposed to director and officer, insurance coverage, employment law, professional malpractice, civil rights, real estate, and commercial / contract disputes.

A license to practice in Maryland and / or Washington D.C. is a plus but not required. However, the ideal candidate is willing to become licensed in these jurisdictions in the near future. Commercial bankruptcy experience is also a plus but not required.

Our office is in Wilmington, Delaware, with on-site private parking, private gym access, and easy access to some of the area's greatest attractions.
